Expertise in Talent-Based Immigration and Entertainment Law

Our core expertise lies in guiding clients through talent-based immigration matters, including O, P, EB-1, and EB-2/NIW petitions, as well as addressing critical entertainment industry issues like contract negotiation, intellectual property protection, and compliance. At the same time, we are fully equipped to handle a wide range of immigration cases beyond talent-based visas. For clients navigating international regulatory landscapes, our Of Counsel attorneys also provide counsel on OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) compliance, assisting individuals and businesses in obtaining necessary licenses for transactions involving sanctioned countries and safeguarding against severe penalties for non-compliance.
